Official Transcript

To get a copy of your academic transcripts, please complete the Transcript Request Form. Transcripts are released only with the signature of the student concerned. A nominal fee applies.

Some Universities/ Employers may ask for Official Transcript/ Transcripts of Marks issued from this University. This is a consolidated statement of marks of all examinations issued by the University in a given format.

• Attach the self attested copies of all the Mark Lists and Original Degree Certificate or Provisional Certificate issued by the University.
• Attach the self attested copy of the SSLC or equivalent certificate to prove the date of birth of the applicant.
• Remit the required fee, using online payment method. Payment can also be made directly at the University Authorised Centre.
• The application shall be forwarded to :The Controller of Examinations. For the details of postage charges, please see the attachment on the top right hand side .

Details of Fee to be remitted :

• For the courses with four or more years of duration :US$ 300/-
• For all other courses : US$ 250/-
• Search Fee : US$100
• Up to three years of passing the course US$150/-
• Between three to ten years of passing the course : US$300/-
• After ten years of passing the course US$500/-
• Transaction fee for those who need the ‘soft copy’ only : US$150/-
• Processing Fee : US$150/-

Some institutions ask for the details such as Mode of Study, Medium of Instruction, Duration of the Program, Period of Study, Qualification for Admission, criteria for internal and external marks, accreditation of the University and affiliation of the college etc. with the Official Transcript . This can be obtained by applying for the Abstract of Academic Records by submitting an application and paying the requisite fee.

Abstract of Academic Records are issued separately or with the Official Transcript and Genuineness Verification if needed.
